Treaty 2 Territory –Treaty 2 wishes to announce that Philip Paul-Martin has been hired as the new Communications Manager effective immediately. His experience includes years as a journalist in broadcast and print mediums. He has a proven track record of success in media relations with numerous contacts in media, government and communities across Canada.

He will be responsible for driving the message of Treaty 2 through editing our new publication, the Moccasin Trail News as well as the point person for all our media within the FNiT2T Government. He has a proven track record of successful media campaigns he has developed for clients and organizations.
He enjoys people and looks forward to meeting people and visiting communities in our territory as we move ahead. He will be online, radio and video letting our Nation and the outside governments know where we are going. We would like to welcome him to Treaty 2 and look forward to having him working with us.
