Treaty 2 Territory-The Dauphin River First Nation Governance Committee met today to continue drafting a membership code for community review and discussed the importance of creating one for their community with the changes coming in June 2019 for Bill S3. Discussions also included to continue reviewing the sample Constitutions and start developing an electronic copy at the next meeting.
