On Wednesday May 29th Treaty 2 representatives Dr. Betty Lynxleg and Director of Land, Water & Resources Joseph Maud presented Treaty 2 Flag to Neelin High School Principal Ken Seekings and staff accepted our Flag.
In front of the entire student body Principal Seekings acknowledges thaw Treaty 2 Territory and announces that a new flag pole would be put in place by September and that our Treaty 2 Flag would be flown thereafter. Dr Betty Lynxleg offered an overview of FNIT2T, the celebration concluded with a drum song and refreshments.
