This week I attended a governance committee meeting in Ebb and Flow First Nation at the Elders’ room in the school. The committee discussed the history/journey of Ebb Flow and what is needed for the future generations in the area of self government. The committee reviewed other First Nations constitutions. Discussions were around how Ebb Flow can develop their own laws and ways of living a good life. There is a meeting scheduled for July 03, 2019 at the school, community members are encouraged to attend.
