Treaty 2 territory – Sharing Lodge at Medicine Eagle Camp will start this Friday, July 5th – we build the lodge then have knowledge holders share about our ancestral history in regards to children, families and governance until Sunday.
The Ikwewak Council of First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory (FNiT2T) are hosting this lodge and the awesome grandmothers of the camp have offered the land and camp facilities – it will be a safe, relaxing, kind, respectful, we are all family focused event.
Food and water will be provided. This is a zero waste gathering please bring your zero waste bundles – plate, bowl, cup, utensils & napkin. Hope to see you there! Miigwetch
