Treaty 2 Territory – On Jul 12, 2019 I was in my home community of Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve to attend the graduation ceremony for 9 community members from the Assiniboine Community College Framing 12 week certificate course held in Tootinaowaziibeeng. The participants did in classroom instruction and then completed the framing of 2 housing
