First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory (FNT2T) sends our sincere condolences with the passing of Tamara Eastman today, life partner of Grand Chief Eugene Eastman(Chief of Ochichakkosipi).
You are all in our thoughts, hearts and prayers. Beautiful spirit journeying Tamara.
We honour her legacy that will continue and she will be missed always.
Wake will be on Tuesday 23 July at 5pm and will be laying her to rest Thursday 25 July 2pm at OCC.
The FNT2T is assisting on delivering flowers to Grand Chief Eastman and family, please make arrangements with the Lemon Tree – Dauphin (Monday to Friday 9-5pm, Saturday til 12noon) at 204.638.7807 and they will contact us and we will assure delivery to the family. For the people that can not attend, please stop by at our Government Office – Dauphin 38 2nd Ave NE and sign a book of condolence.
