Treaty 2 Territory – On Friday, August 2, 2019 our FNT2T Internal/External Relations official attended Gambler First Nation Annual Treaty Day.
The day kicked off by Chief Ledoux shooting some arrows for the children. Gambler First Nation, Treaty 4 adhesion of 1875 is a full member of the First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory.
The Gambler’s staff organized many activities for the whole family to enjoy. Chief Ledoux along with Indigenous Services Representatives who was there on behalf of the Crown, gave each member $5 as per the Treaty Four promise.
