The orientation included 16 staff members of the FNT2T which included each Keeper of the FNT2T. Dr. Betty Lynxleg introduced the work plan for the LNH and the FNT2T circles. Presentations were done by FNT2T Keepers: Natural World – Ron Missyabit, Children, Families, Nation – Lorie Thompson, Internal/External Relations – Joseph Maud, Communications & Language – Ray Mousseau. The presentations provided an opportunity to learn about the circles and work plans on the FNT2T. The day continued on with role of LNH, LND, and their job descriptions.
On day 2 of orientation, the LNH set up their FNT2T accounts, and familiarized themselves with the programs used at the FNT2T. The Local Nation Developers (East and West), and the Local Nation Helpers in each community of the FNT2T will continue to work under the direction of Dr. Betty Lynxleg on the constitution and laws of each Nation.
