Treaty 2 territory – My name is Cayleen Mathews, I started work with First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory on September 9, 2019. I am the Structural Readiness Research Assistant and my position’s responsibilities consist of assisting the Life Long Learning Circle with gathering data from the member communities of Treaty 2 Territory. It is also in my responsibility to analyze the data and report to my Circle Keeper.

I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with a minor in Family Social Sciences. Due to my B.A. being in psychology, I had conducted research for my assignments and finals. I am excited to continue in a career of conducting and analyzing research, especially in Treaty 2 Territory.
