Treaty 2 Territory – The FNT2T are excited to announce the raising of the official FNT2T flag in the City of Brandon. On Tuesday, October 1st, the City of Brandon will have the flag raising ceremony of the FNT2T flag at city hall beginning at 1:30 PM. The event is hosted by Indigenous Awareness and Education in Brandon, Manitoba on September 30th to October 4th 2019.
The FNT2T are proud to partner up the community during the week of action in building relationships. FNT2T Grand Chief Eugene Eastman will be in attendance as a special guest speaker. Other delegates will be in attendance. The event on October 1st will be a positive step towards reconciliation, and the acknowledgment of the First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory.
Everyone is welcome to attend the events throughout the week.
