Treaty 2 Territory – Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation is one of the grand father local Nations of the territory. Once known as Dauphin Lake/Riding Mountain Band, today their historical foundation is based on the protection of the mountain, the land, the water and all the resources.
Councillor Barry Bone is centred around his inherent rights as an Anishinaabe. He believes in Treaty 2 Territory and the Government of FNT2T moving forward.
