Treaty 2 Territory – On Friday November 1st, 2019, FNT2T Lead Keeper Boh Kubrakovich and Corporations Keeper Ryan Sutherland, met with First Peoples Economic Growth Fund CEO Ian Cramer and Loans/Account Manager Tiffany Monkman to discuss business ideas, partnerships, and development of trusts.
First Peoples Economic Growth Fund was presented FNT2T operations structure, and unfinished treaty business. Business ideas were presented and loan application options with First Peoples. FNT2T Corporations Keeper will be submitting business plans to First Peoples Economic Growth Fund for loan funds to get businesses operational.
Partnership opportunities were discussed regarding management of trust funds. Discussed structures and management of trust funds. FNT2T Government will be setting up Trust Funds for Housing, Education, Health, Child and Family Services, and Sports and Recreation.
