Treaty 2 Territory – Nakodan Greyeyes from Pinaymootang Anishinaabe has been nothing short of tremendous this year for the Dauphin Kings. He’s second in league scoring with 34 points entering tonight’s game against the Neepawa Natives.
Of his 18 points came in October when he played 11 games and now he’s getting some national recognition. He’s been named an Honourable Mention for the Canadian Junior Hockey League’s Three Stars of the Month for October.
It’s been a breakout season for Nakodan. He had 18 points (8G) in 58 games last season.
