Treaty 2 Territory – FNT2T government was in the beautiful community of Ochichakosipi First Nation. I met with Local Nation Helper Louie (Tommy) Hunter at the local admin office. Tommy will be working with leadership/community members in developing a local constitution for Ochichakosipi. There will be engagement sessions in the community for members to attend and participate. On March 26,2020 FNT2T will have booth set up at the Ochichakosipi Health Fair at the community hall. Please come out and participate in the health fair to get more information on all programming in the community. FNT2T continues to support Ochichakosipi in moving forward in developing their own local laws. There will be an open house in April for the community members to attend and learn more about this process.
