Treaty 2 Territory – Rarihokwats (Four Arrows), known to us as Rari, left this morning to the spirit world he was 88 years old.
On March 22, Rari was hospitalized. He had a stroke, started recovering then 
when he was moved to another hospital two days ago in Ottawa his health seem to turn.
Rari spent many years in the Treaty 2 Territory and throughout Turtle Island working on advisory, history, research and analyzing what was happening in Ottawa.
RIP Rari, he lived a powerful 88 yrs. Smudge and prayers for his family!
