For those teachers and families looking for more online resources to work with students at home, Red Rising Education (magazine), has made one of their resources available: Self-Care as Resistance. It can be used for grades 5 through 6.
This particular resource has students utilize a Medicine Wheel to set self-care goals based on physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellness. It is a resource created by Red Rising Education who are local Indigenous educators to Manitoba.
The resource is available on Teacherspayteachers.com. Red Rising Education has other resources available for purchase on that particular website as well.
