Treaty 2 Territory – FNT2T staff were out in the territory putting up information signs on the up coming spawning of walleye in the surrounding tributaries of south Lake Dauphin. Ron Missyabit Natural World Keeper and Boh Kubrakovich Lead Keeper put information signs to inform people on fish management practises. Sites where these signs can be found are Ford Crossing at the Valley River, Mink Creek, Turtle River, and St. Rose. FNT2T continue to support the treaty right of the first nation people to harvest fish to feed their families. Please respect mother nature and harvest responsibly for our future generations.
