Treaty 2 Territory – Hayden Lacquette is a youth from the community of Mallard Mb with family ties to Keeseekoowenin First Nation. Hayden is a 17 year old young man that plays many sports. This past year Hayden played defense for the “AAA” Parkland Rangers. Hayden plans to attend the Dauphin Kings rookie camp this year. This all depends on the Covid 19 pandemic and how hockey will move forward in playing in the future. Hayden is also a gifted fastball pitcher. He plays in the Dauphin Men’s Fastball League, he is one of the pitchers for his home community, Mallard Allstars. He also golfs in his spare time. Hayden keeps busy playing all kinds of sports but hockey is his favorite. FNT2T government wishes Hayden the best in his hockey career and his future as a first nation youth in treaty 2 territory.
