TREATY 2 TERRITORY – Monday, August 3, 2020
O-chi-chak-ko-sipi First Nation kicked off their annual Treaty Days celebrations on Monday and Tommy Hunter, OCC Local Nation Helper extended an invitation to Treaty 2 Staff to with assist with other local nation members in judging the event. I attended the event on behalf of the FNT2T Government and assisted with the judging of the Parade of Floats.
The parade had 8 registered and only 6 ended up participating. All floats were asked to build their floats with a Disney theme.

It was an enjoyable moment seeing all the creative floats and the excitement of the children’s faces. Congratulations to all the winners!
