Treaty 2 Territory – The members of Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation participated in the annual nation hunt and harvest. Members were also given fish as part of a project with Fisher River Cree Nation being the lead and working with all local nations in distributing fish to all members. Council member Bradley Burns was the lead in distributing fish to all members on and off the nation, with stops in Dauphin, Brandon, and Winnipeg. There was also a nation hunt with local hunters participating in harvesting wild game for distribution to the members of the nation. FNT2T government would like to congratulate the leadership and members of Keeseekoowenin in working together as a nation and providing a positive future for the next generation.
