Treaty 2 Territory – With the recent rise in cases and the code red restrictions put out by Manitoba health, FNT2T government along with the Regional Office of Dauphin and Pinaymootang are going virtual to continue to work with the local nations during this pandemic. Safety of the members and staff is most important. This is the new normal at the present time due to the high number of Covid 19 cases in the territory and in some of our local nations. Council meetings and consultation with the nations is now being done through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The Local Nation Helper in each nation provides information and consultation on the governance process. Regional Office Dauphin continues to network with other agencies in the area to develop positive working relationships moving forward. FNT2T government would like to thank all the members and staff for doing their part in keeping safe and practising safe Covid 19 precautions. Stay Safe! Stay Home!
