Members of Tootinaowaziibeeng receive seasonal hampers from leadership

December 22, 2020

Treaty 2 Territory – The members of Tootinaowaziibeeng received their food distribution of potatoes, flour, eggs, and ham on December 21, 2020 in time for the Christmas dinner celebration. The food donations were made by the members of the Christmas work project for Tootinaowaziibeeng. Every household received a turkey, ham, bag of potatoes and eggs. This will help the families who struggle at this time of the year to have a Christmas meal with their families. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, families are having small gatherings in each household to follow provincial guidelines and keep Covid cases out of the nation. The members were appreciative of the donation made by the leadership of Tootinaowaziibeeng.

Most local nations have provided food hampers and supplies for their members, to ensure that everyone in the local nation has a good meal for the holiday season. FNT2T would like to thank the leadership and members for working together to keep the members safe and at home.
