Treaty 2 Territory – In recent days, the Covid 19 virus has entered our local nations. It is a race against the virus and the vaccination of all the members in our nations. Most nations are in the process of vaccinating the most vulnerable members. With the new variants entering the province and territory it is important for all to take precautions and self isolate, if you come in contact with someone, who is a close contact. Some nations are re-introducing nation checkpoints and monitoring to keep track of who comes in and out of each nation. On Wednesday April 28,2021 new provincial health restrictions begin for all people in the province. There will be no more visitors allowed in your home. People that live alone may have one designated visitor in their home. Gathering limits also have been reduced to 10 max outdoors on public property. These restrictions are a result of rising cases in the entire province. Please follow pandemic precautions to slow the spread of this virus.
