A great event for Keeseekoowenin’s annual golf tournament

September 12, 2021

Treaty 2 Territory – Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation hosted its 24th annual golf tournament which was held at the beautiful Poplar Ridge Golf Course on Saturday September 11, 2021. 72 golfers took part in the 2 person and mixed division. In the end Nick Roulette and Valdez Bear took home the best score for the 2 person, best ball format. In the mixed division Cal and Helene Cote took the top spot. It was a great turn out for the annual event and is always a popular event on the indigenous golf tour. FNT2T would like to thank the staff of Poplar Ridge Golf course and Donna Blackbird for organizing a great event and look forward to next year’s 25 th tournament. Please look for upcoming events in your nation.
