Ebb and Flow First Nation is located on Ebb and Flow Lake after which it is named. It is in western Manitoba and it is 239.6 km km from the capital Winnipeg, it lies on the west side of [Lake Manitoba], on Hwy 278. The reserve is also known as ‘Ebb and Flow 52’ Band 280.
