FORMATION OF ANISHINAABE AGOWIDIIWINAN – TREATY 2
In 1998, a meeting of First Nations from Treaty 2 Nations at Keeeseekoowenin led to the birth of Anishinaabe Agowidiiwinan, the Ojibway or Chippewa communities who were present at Manitoba House in 21 August 1871.
