As a government, we are articulating a new vision under our sovereign administration that aligns with our values and reflects a safe and respectful environment. This will result in a more effective defense of sovereignty and a society capable of claiming our rightful place in all aspects of business administrative leadership. We recognize the importance of our Governance Manual and Keeper/Helper handbook as a valuable tool in our Anishinaabe Human Resource bundle which provides the guidance, benefits, and policy information to our Keepers and Helpers.

Human Resources is one of the four key areas in administration of Anishinaabe Agowidiiwinan – Treaty 2 and the Government of First Nations in Treaty 2 Territory.
