Treaty 2 Territory – Wednesday, June 30th was a special day for members of the Dauphin River First Nation.
For over 8 months, Pastor Leonard Stagg was in a Winnipeg Hospital battling Covid-19 and it’s affect effects.
A “WELCOME HOME” sign was hung on the “Dauphin River” PTH sign. Once in the Nation, homemade signs could be seen in the yards of several homes.
A Facebook post from Dauphin River First Nation member David Anderson read “Here are some signs the wonderful people of Dauphin River made for our Pastor Leonard who will be HOME today and we all missed him very much. God Bless you all in the name of Jesus”.
Thank you David for sharing all of the wonderful pictures. We are relieved to know Pastor Leonard Stagg has recovered, and back in Dauphin River. We all know that there is no place like home.
